Had a good old Lebanese dinner tonight, and made some kibbi, and all of the fixings. Aunt Joni, Mom and I, just kicked back and gobbled up the good old family food.
It was good, but I have to say that making the dish isn’t a problem; it is all of the cleaning up that is a PITA. But I guess it is all worth it, when the family gets together. Family is just wonderful.
